I've been highly anticipating this release and dying to dive into the men of Monroe. And let me tell you...it was so worth the wait. These men of Monroe will be the death of me. I just want a sexy, hot, beautiful man, and detective from Monroe...is that too much to ask for? Sigh.

Rachel always delivers such a good, fun read and she definitely delivered with this book. I found myself actually sighing when Ben Hunt would grace the page. He's such a dreamboat.

Sasha has built a good life for herself in Monroe. She's got the best of friends and runs an awesome business. She's always lived in Monroe but she's never ever seen the face of Ben Hunt. And oh man, she would remember seeing that face. Even though she doesn't date ever, she definitely wants to get in his pants.

These two quickly realize that they can't stay away from each other. Something electrifies when they are in the same room and Sasha doesn't know how to handle the emotion she feels around him. It's something she has never felt.

"Ben was my calm, and I was his chaos."

But when bad things start happening to Sasha and her business, Ben comes to the rescue but it seems he is keeping secrets from her. Secrets he wants to tell her but can't. These two quickly find out that living without each other may be worse than trying to not live without each other. But can Sasha give her heart to someone after holding onto it for so long?

This book is so fun, so sexy, and so many feels. I found myself devouring this book page by page but never wanting it to end. These are always the best kinds of books.
